Hunt Policy

Advance reservations, with a 50% deposit, are required to confirm bookings for any hunt. The balance is to be paid by cash, money order or cashier's check upon completion of the hunt.

All hunts are a maximum of 3 days and are guaranteed with a "NO KILL - NO PAY" policy. If an animal in your class is made available to you and you elect not to shoot but would like to continue hunting for another, your 50% deposit is forfeited. If we cannot make an animal in your class available to you, there will be a charge of $150 per day to cover the cost of food, lodging and guides.

Animals wounded and not recovered will be considered harvested.

Trophies are scored on gross B & C (typical & non-typical).

Hunters are required to follow the direction of their guide at all times.  Any hunter not following the direction of their guide will be asked to leave the property immediately forfeiting all deposits.  Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed on the property at any time.

In the event of cancellation, we require a written notice one hundred-twenty (120) days prior to the scheduled hunt date in order to receive a fifty (50%) percent refund of your deposit.

Bookings may be transferred to a substitute individual with no forfeiture. In the event that arrangements are not made, the deposit is automatically forfeited.

Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your deposit.
